Anyone who’s visited the headquarters of the Australian Institute of Robotic Orthopaedics (AIRO) will know - we support young people. Especially bright young people with a genuine desire to make the world a better place.

Which is why we were so pleased in June 2021 when the successful completion of AusIndustry’s Accelerating Commercialisation Grant secured for AIRO enough support to employ another awesome grad student, Computer Systems Engineer, Mr Ryan Breuer.

This opportunity to bring Ryan aboard came through a 12 month Graduate Placement grant under the Innovation Connections program which contributes $30,000 towards Ryan’s employment costs.

Ryan graduated with honours in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Curtin University in 2021 and he joined AIRO in June 2021. Welcome to the team Ryan!
